I'm sourcing for a technically skilled W/WW Sales Manager out of Southern California (Hybrid or Remote) and only 30% Travel. The company are a young, vibrant start-up who are entering the next stage of their growth life-cycle after securing funding into their business.
Their main goal is to help treat PFAS and filter forever chemicals out of water and our environment to create a better and more sustainable world. Therefore, they are looking for a passionate, autonomous and driven technical sales individual to join their team and cover the SoCal Territory ($3MM already in accounts in this region)..

An ideal Candidate will...
- Generate and maintain your book of business to increase sales and revenue
- Create a sales strategy for the SoCal region that revolves around hunting business and account management.
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Prepare and present your business plan for the business unit
- communicate with end users to promote field service support
- Be willing and open to travel (30%)
- Attend some of the biggest industry conferences
- Identify new gaps in the market
- Ideally possess B2B and B2C Sales
- Have existing experience (5 years +) in Water Treatment Sales (to various industrial and commercial markets - not residential)
