With a reputation built over decades, the company specializes in commercial roof replacement, new construction roofing, preventative maintenance, waterproofing, architectural sheet metal, emergency repairs, and roof asset management services for institutional, healthcare, educational, industrial, and commercial clients. The organization is known for delivering high-quality roofing solutions while maintaining long-standing relationships with owners, developers, general contractors, and facility managers.
This position is part of the Construction Operations Team and focuses on project execution, field operations, subcontractor management, and client relations. This is not a consulting, engineering, or design role.
Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee commercial roofing and building envelope projects from preconstruction through closeout. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, safety, and client communication while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
This individual will work closely with ownership, estimating, field operations, superintendents, and customers to successfully execute both new construction and reroofing projects throughout New Jersey and surrounding markets.
