Salary: $90,000 - 120,000 + Bonuses

The position offers strong long‑term growth potential and the chance to shape commissioning efforts in the Boise market.

The Commissioning Project Manager will be responsible for leading commissioning efforts in the Boise market, managing client relationships, overseeing project execution, and mentoring junior engineers across healthcare, laboratory, commercial, and K-12 projects.

The Commissioning Project Manager should have the following:

  • 8 to 10 years of commissioning, project management, or MEP related experience
  • CCP or PE preferred
  • Strong technical commissioning skills
  • Experience training and mentoring engineers
  • Proven ability to manage clients and project teams
  • Motivated, growth oriented, and collaborative
