About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Construction Superintendent to lead the delivery of large-scale, high-value electrical construction projects in Houston. This role is central to the successful execution of complex builds including hyperscale data centers, healthcare facilities, and advanced industrial developments.

You will oversee all electrical construction activities within the buildings, including medium to high voltage systems, and lead teams of assistant superintendents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large electrical scopes and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise electrical construction teams across multiple large-scale projects
  • Oversee installation of medium and high voltage electrical systems
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and project specifications
  • Drive project schedules and budgets, ensuring milestones are met
  • Collaborate with other trades and stakeholders to maintain seamless project delivery
  • Mentor and develop assistant superintendents and field staff

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of electrical construction experience, with at least 5 years in a superintendent role
  • Proven track record of delivering projects valued over $200M, ideally within Houston
  • Extensive experience with medium and high voltage systems in complex building environments
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead large teams effectively
  • OSHA certification and relevant electrical licenses preferred
