We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a well respected company in Houston, Texas. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who can manage complex construction and utility projects from planning through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full construction oversight from preconstruction through closeout
- Project planning, scheduling, and execution
- Estimating, cost development, budgeting, and financial tracking 💰
- Establish and manage critical path schedules and milestones
- Contract negotiation and administration
- Manage subcontracts, change orders, and vendors
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- 7-15 years of construction project management experience
- Experience supporting Transmission, Distribution, and Substation projects ⚡
- Residential or commercial construction experience strongly considered
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost controls
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- 50% travel expectation ✈️
