- Perform and oversee mechanical engineering calculations, assessments, and system design.
- Lead field investigations, HVAC load studies, energy modeling, and code compliance reviews.
- Produce and provide quality control for mechanical and plumbing design documents, including drawings and specifications.
- Mentor and oversee junior engineering staff, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Coordinate design efforts with internal multidisciplinary teams and external partners.

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or architectural engineering
- 12+ years of mechanical engineering experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Experience designing and specifying HVAC and plumbing systems of varying size and complexity.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, plumbing, building, and energy codes.
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and load simulation software (IESVE or Carrier HAP preferred).
