Job Title: Project Manager / Sales

Overview
We're looking for a dynamic and technically experienced Project Manager / Sales professional to join our team. This hybrid role combines client engagement, technical consultation, and project coordination, supporting commercial and industrial clients with tailored solutions that enhance performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Your role will include:

  • Developing relationships with new and existing clients, including site visits to assess needs and present solutions.
  • Engaging with technical and professional contacts to demonstrate the value and feasibility of our offerings.
  • Reviewing client documentation (e.g., blueprints, plans) to support accurate cost estimation and performance forecasting.
  • Preparing and presenting proposals and specifications in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing technical support on equipment usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Managing project schedules, including delivery timelines, manpower planning, and installation logistics.
  • Completing and distributing project startup documentation for field teams.
  • Tracking and forecasting current and upcoming projects to support planning and resource allocation.

Qualifications
We're looking for someone with:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade-related education is a plus.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a relevant trade, ideally with exposure to commercial/industrial HVAC systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and knowledge of building codes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility to respond to client and team communications outside standard working hours, including evenings and weekends.
