What You'll Do
- Lead electrical design for complex building and infrastructure projects across healthcare, higher education, and government sectors.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions from concept through construction.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership within the office.
- Engage in client-facing activities, including presentations, design reviews, and project coordination.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in electrical design for buildings or infrastructure.
- Proficiency in power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems.
- Strong working knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and energy codes.
- PE license highly preferred (or ability to obtain within 12 months).
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and electrical modeling tools.
