A leading utility organization is seeking experienced Transmission Design Engineers to join their team at the II, III, or Senior level. This is a high-impact role offering hybrid or fully remote flexibility for candidates based in Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, or Minnesota.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage transmission line projects from concept to completion
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, construction, and operations teams
- Utilize tools like PLS-CADD and AutoCAD for modeling and design
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- 2+ years (Level II), 5+ years (Level III), or 10+ years (Senior) of transmission line design experience
- Proficiency in PLS-CADD and AutoCAD
- Strong communication and project management skills
- PE license or ability to obtain within one year
