Join a growing industrial equipment and water treatment solutions provider as an Application Engineer supporting the design, selection, and delivery of custom pumping and process systems. This role offers hands-on exposure across engineering, fabrication, manufacturing, and customer support, allowing you to see projects from concept through production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop equipment and system solutions for customer applications
- Support pump, controls, and process equipment selection
- Work closely with fabrication and manufacturing teams on custom packages
- Assist with design reviews, troubleshooting, and technical support
- Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and operations to deliver successful projects
Ideal Background:
- Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering degree
- Experience with pumps, process equipment, water/wastewater, or industrial systems preferred
- Strong problem-solving and customer-facing communication skills
- Desire to work in a hands-on environment with direct exposure to manufacturing operations
Compensation: Competitive base salary, commission opportunity, profit sharing, sign-on bonus, and full benefits.
