I'm working with a highly respected employee-focused engineering consultancy that is looking to add a Senior Project Manager to its Building Envelope team.
This is an opportunity to join a nationally recognized technical consulting firm known for tackling complex building enclosure, restoration, forensic, and rehabilitation projects across a diverse portfolio of existing and new buildings.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading building envelope investigations, assessments, and repair design projects
- Managing client relationships and overseeing project delivery
- Conducting facade, roofing, waterproofing, curtain wall, and enclosure evaluations
- Providing construction phase services and technical guidance
- Mentoring junior engineers and supporting team development
- Preparing reports, presentations, and technical recommendations
- Working closely with architects, contractors, and building owners
What They're Looking For
- PE license required
- 8+ years of building envelope, facade, roofing, waterproofing, restoration, or enclosure consulting experience
- Strong project management and client-facing skills
- Experience leading multidisciplinary projects and mentoring staff
- Excellent communication and technical report-writing abilities
