What You'll Be Doing
- Lead client engagement and business development efforts across California.
- Develop and execute growth strategies for municipal water, wastewater, and environmental infrastructure clients.
- Build and strengthen relationships with local agencies, municipalities, and key industry stakeholders.
- Lead pursuit strategies, proposal development, presentations, and capture planning efforts.
- Collaborate with technical and project delivery teams to position the firm for long-term success.
- Help shape market strategy while identifying emerging opportunities and industry trends.
- Serve as an industry ambassador through participation in professional organizations and client-facing events.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts while contributing to overall business objectives.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of experience within the water, wastewater, or environmental consulting industry.
- Proven success developing and maintaining client relationships within the California market.
- Strong business development, account management, and strategic planning experience.
- Track record of winning and supporting municipal infrastructure projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building abilities.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- PE license preferred.
