Business Valuation Analyst

LVI is working with a nationally respected economic consulting firm is seeking a Business Valuation Analyst to join its Litigation and Valuation practice.
This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile litigation matters involving business valuation, financial damages, and dispute resolution. The successful candidate will contribute to expert analysis and reporting across a range of industries and case types.

Work Schedule: Hybrid (in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; remote Monday and Friday)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of expert reports and valuation models for litigation and dispute matters.
  • Conduct financial and economic analyses related to business valuation, lost profits, and commercial damages.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants on case strategy and client deliverables.
  • Support preparation for deposition and trial testimony.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in business valuation, litigation consulting, or financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Familiarity with valuation methodologies and expert report drafting.
  • CPA, CFA, ASA, or ABV designation is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
