Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager with a strong commercial acumen and a background in electronic or marine engineering. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing production lines and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the production line.
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production staff.

Qualifications:
