Senior Project Manager / Project Director

Role Overview

A leading engineering and construction solutions provider is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Director to oversee the delivery of large-scale industrial, infrastructure, and mission-critical projects. This role will be responsible for driving project execution, managing stakeholders, ensuring commercial performance, and leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead project delivery from planning through completion.
Manage project schedules, budgets and overall execution strategy.
Oversee contractors, consultants and client stakeholders.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Drive risk management, quality assurance and compliance activities.
Monitor commercial performance and project profitability.
Lead and mentor project teams across multiple functions.
Provide regular project reporting to senior leadership and clients.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
Extensive experience delivering large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong background in project execution, contractual management and stakeholder engagement.
Proven track record managing high-value projects from start to finish.
Strong leadership, commercial and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Experience within industrial, mission-critical, power, utilities or data centre environments is advantageous.
