What You'll Be Doing

Own and evolve firmwide BIM standards, Revit governance, QA/QC procedures, and digital delivery workflows.
Lead BIM execution planning, model health reviews, coordination processes, and multidisciplinary project delivery.
Drive adoption of automation, AI, and emerging technologies that improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
Serve as the senior escalation point for complex Revit, interoperability, model coordination, and workflow challenges.
Develop training programs, champion adoption of best practices, and build a culture of continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

10+ years of BIM, VDC, Design Technology, or Digital Delivery experience with several years in a leadership capacity.
Demonstrated ownership of BIM standards, governance, templates, content libraries, QA/QC programs, and BIM execution plans.
Advanced expertise with Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Navisworks, and multidisciplinary model coordination.
Experience implementing BIM programs across multiple teams, offices, disciplines, or business units.
Strong interest or hands-on experience with automation, AI, Dynamo, digital transformation initiatives, analytics, or workflow optimization.
