The Data Center Division

This team is responsible for constructing mission-critical data centers that support the digital backbone of modern society. With over 4 GW of electrical systems installed across 20M+ square feet of data center space, the division plays a key role in enabling secure, always-on access to information and AI-driven technologies.

Role Overview

The Project Executive (PX) is a senior leader responsible for overseeing a portfolio of large-scale electrical construction projects. This includes managing project managers and support staff, developing client relationships, and ensuring successful project execution from pursuit through closeout. The PX is accountable for financial performance, risk management, and team development, all while upholding the company's core values: people, safety, integrity, innovation, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Project Development

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of project pursuits, including client engagement, proposal development, and risk assessment.
• Oversee preconstruction planning, detailed estimating, and team assembly.
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and track pursuit progress through internal systems.

Client & Partner Relationships

• Cultivate long-term relationships with general contractors, facility owners, and key stakeholders.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity-no under-the-table dealings or unethical practices.
• Position the company as a preferred partner through value-driven service and ethical conduct.

Team Leadership

• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to project managers and senior staff.
• Ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations across all job sites.
• Support career development and succession planning within the team.

Financial & Risk Oversight

• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and profitability on a weekly basis.
• Ensure accurate cost coding and labor tracking across systems.
• Communicate deviations from risk/reward profiles to senior leadership with recovery plans.

Safety Leadership

• Champion a strong safety culture by participating in safety leadership teams and jobsite meetings.
• Track and report safety metrics and incidents to upper management.
• Promote proactive safety practices across all projects.

Scope & Complexity

• Develops operational objectives and oversees multiple departments or sections.
• Implements strategic policies and ensures adherence to budgets, schedules, and performance standards.
• Regularly interacts with executive leadership and clients, often influencing high-stakes decisions.

Supervision

• Manages multiple teams and may oversee subordinate supervisors.
• Responsible for staffing, cost control, and operational methods across projects.
