🔧 What you'll be doing
You'll take ownership of electrical construction projects from pre-con through closeout, working closely with field teams to keep everything on track.
- Develop and manage project schedules + execution plans
- Lead kickoffs and coordinate field + office teams
- Manage materials, vendors, and subcontractors
- Track and control budgets, costs, and timelines
- Handle RFIs, submittals, and client communication
- Conduct site visits to ensure safety, quality, and compliance
- Drive projects through commissioning + closeout
- Mentor junior staff and help build out the team
🎯 What they're looking for
- Experience running electrical construction projects end-to-end
- Background in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects
- Solid knowledge of NEC + permitting requirements
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, ConEst, Excel
- Ability to read drawings, manage RFIs, and support the field
- Strong leadership, communication, and financial skills
- Comfortable mentoring and developing others
- PMP preferred (not essential)
