About the Opportunity
A leading electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee large-scale commercial, healthcare, industrial, mission critical, and data center projects across the Atlanta market. This is an opportunity to join a contractor with a strong project pipeline, an established reputation for excellence, and a commitment to delivering complex electrical construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead all field operations from project kickoff through completion
- Manage and mentor Foremen, electricians, and subcontractors
- Drive project schedules while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards
- Coordinate manpower planning, materials, and equipment deliveries
- Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, and clients
- Review drawings, specifications, and project milestones
- Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects on track
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent
- Commercial, industrial, healthcare, mission critical, or data center experience preferred
- Proven track record leading large field teams
- Strong understanding of electrical construction practices and NEC requirements
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- OSHA 30 preferred
- Stable work history with electrical contractors
