A leading engineering, construction, and technology solutions firm is seeking an Engineering Leader to provide technical leadership on complex infrastructure and mission-critical projects. This individual will guide multidisciplinary engineering teams, oversee project execution, manage technical risk, and help drive innovative, high-quality solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering teams through complex technical projects and programs.
- Provide technical oversight, mentorship, and support to engineers across multiple disciplines.
- Ensure engineering best practices, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.
- Develop client-focused technical solutions and review project deliverables.
- Manage technical risk, project documentation, and continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate with project leadership to drive successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of engineering experience with construction, infrastructure, or design-build project exposure.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex engineering challenges.
- Strong understanding of engineering design principles, project execution, budgeting, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
Preferred
- FE/EIT, PE, DBIA, LEED, or NICET credentials.
- Experience working on large-scale infrastructure, mission-critical, industrial, or technology-focused projects.
