Who We're Looking For
We're hiring across several roles and experience levels, including:
- Project Engineers - with backgrounds in water/wastewater process design, treatment systems, or infrastructure
- Project Managers - with experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships
- Seller-Doers - professionals who combine technical expertise with business development skills to grow client partnerships and drive project success
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- A degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in water/wastewater treatment, conveyance, or infrastructure projects
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A passion for client service and technical excellence
- Interest in working with private sector clients across industries such as manufacturing, food & beverage, energy, and technology
- PE license or ability to obtain one (preferred for senior roles)
- Located in or willing to relocate to the Atlanta area
