Senior Project Manager
Role Summary
The Project Manager will oversee multiple wastewater treatment projects from pre-bid through commissioning. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications. The position plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage several projects simultaneously across various stages of development
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, field service activities, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Lead supply chain activities including vendor selection, contract management, and inventory oversight
- Coordinate daily operations between engineering, field services, design, and sales teams
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to team growth
- Ensure quality standards and scope alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide technical input and problem-solving support during construction and commissioning
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support project success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering preferred
- 7+ years of experience in project or construction management
- Background in supply chain or vendor management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects
- Familiarity with wastewater treatment processes or mechanical systems is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Capable of interpreting technical documentation and managing project data
- Demonstrated ability to optimize workflows and improve project efficiency
