We are currently seeking a Water Business Leader to join the Water Team in Atlanta. This senior-level role is ideal for a licensed Professional Engineer with extensive experience in water infrastructure projects and a passion for leadership and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project management, technical planning, design, and construction support for water/wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, sewer/CSO systems, stormwater systems, and other water resource projects.
  • Drive business development and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare qualifications summaries, proposals, and presentations.
  • Oversee financial and technical aspects of multiple projects.
  • Conduct engineering calculations, design reports, and construction plans in compliance with local and state standards.
  • Review plans, specifications, scopes, budgets, and schedules.
  • Mentor staff across all levels.
  • Conduct site inspections and attend client, public, and project meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
  • 15+ years of relevant engineering experience.
  • Proven experience with water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative team player.
