We are currently seeking a Water Business Leader to join the Water Team in Atlanta. This senior-level role is ideal for a licensed Professional Engineer with extensive experience in water infrastructure projects and a passion for leadership and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project management, technical planning, design, and construction support for water/wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, sewer/CSO systems, stormwater systems, and other water resource projects.
- Drive business development and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare qualifications summaries, proposals, and presentations.
- Oversee financial and technical aspects of multiple projects.
- Conduct engineering calculations, design reports, and construction plans in compliance with local and state standards.
- Review plans, specifications, scopes, budgets, and schedules.
- Mentor staff across all levels.
- Conduct site inspections and attend client, public, and project meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
- 15+ years of relevant engineering experience.
- Proven experience with water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
- Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and collaborative team player.
