Our client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Water Treatment Construction Estimator to join their team in Sacramento, California. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in estimating water treatment construction projects and a passion for contributing to critical infrastructure development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for water treatment construction projects.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure alignment on project scope and budget.
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes and negotiate pricing.
- Participate in bid reviews and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating water treatment construction projects.
- Strong understanding of water treatment systems, construction methods, and materials.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Prior field experience in water treatment or related construction is a plus.
