About the Role
We're seeking a Project Manager to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects in the Atlanta metro region. This is both a client-facing role with strategic influence, technical leadership, and the opportunity to grow long-term relationships while delivering high-impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, pipelines, and related infrastructure.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with public sector clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
- Mentor and guide internal staff, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
- Support proposal development, client interviews, and contract negotiations.
- Represent the firm in professional associations and industry events.
- Occasionally travel for site visits, client meetings, and field inspections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering (Master's preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 7+ years of experience in water/wastewater treatment, collection systems, transmission/distribution, or pump station projects.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead client relationships.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
