Compensation: $90,000 - $150,000+ Base Salary (DOE) + ESOP + Comprehensive Benefits
A growing employee-owned engineering consulting firm is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer (EIT or PE) to join its expanding Florida operation.

The Opportunity
The team is looking for an engineer who wants more than just project execution.
Whether you're a high-performing EIT with 4+ years of experience working toward licensure or an established PE looking for a leadership opportunity, you'll have the chance to work closely with senior leadership while helping grow a geotechnical practice across Southwest Florida.

Responsibilities
- Manage geotechnical projects from proposal through completion
- Perform and review geotechnical analyses and engineering reports
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and developers
- Support business development and networking efforts
- Coordinate subsurface investigations and testing programs
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff
- Collaborate with laboratory, environmental, and construction services teams
- Assist in growing the geotechnical operation throughout Southwest Florida
Requirements
- EIT with 4+ years of experience or Professional Engineer (PE)
- Background in geotechnical engineering
- Familiarity with Florida soils and development projects preferred
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ambition to take on greater responsibility and leadership
- Seller-doer mentality is highly valued
- Desire to help build and grow a business rather than simply maintain projects
