We are supporting a confidential, fast-growing sustainability tech company operating at the intersection of decarbonization, energy transition, and technology.
The company runs multiple business lines-including SaaS, energy data analytics, AI-driven solutions, and renewable energy services-and is rapidly expanding both domestically and globally.

With a diversified business portfolio, the organization actively drives new business creation, M&A, and international expansion, offering an exciting and dynamic environment for entrepreneurial leaders.

■ Position

Head of New Business Development

■ Responsibilities

  • Lead 0→1 business creation and early-stage product hypothesis validation

  • Drive strategic alliances with large enterprises and global partners

  • Develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies

  • Lead BizDev (Business Development) initiatives across new business domains

  • Work closely with the executive team and facilitate high-speed decision-making

  • Contribute to overall business strategy and expansion planning

■ Required Experience

  • Proven experience in building new businesses or products from 0→1

  • Experience in launching or expanding overseas business is a strong plus

  • Knowledge in one or more of the following areas:

    • SaaS

    • Energy

    • Climate Tech / Decarbonization
