HVAC Service Technician
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment.
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, installation manuals, and service documentation.
Complete service reports and work documentation using company-provided software and mobile technology.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
Manage assigned work independently, including scheduling, follow-up actions, and time management.
Adhere to all company and site-specific safety requirements and procedures.
Qualifications
5-10 years of commercial HVAC service experience.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities on commercial HVAC systems.
Ability to read and follow project scopes, technical documentation, and service manuals.
EPA Certification required.
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
Experience using gauges, meters, measuring instruments, and hand/power tools.
Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
Must be able to successfully complete pre-employment screening requirements.
