What You'll Do
- Lead the delivery of transportation projects for state and local agency clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with KDOT and municipal stakeholders.

- Mentor and support a team of engineers and design professionals.
- Help shape the strategic direction and growth of the transportation practice.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Kansas.
- 10+ years of transportation engineering experience.
- Experience managing transportation projects and client relationships.
- Established connections within KDOT or other Kansas transportation agencies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills.
- Ability to mentor staff and contribute to practice growth.
