Onshore Wind Procurement Manager

Position Summary

Our client is a leading renewable energy developer with a growing portfolio of utility-scale projects across Asia. They are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, supplier management, and commercial negotiations for onshore wind projects in Japan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing and procurement activities for wind turbine equipment and related services.
  • Manage RFQs, supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Support turbine selection, project due diligence, financing, and EPC project delivery.
  • Manage strategic supplier relationships and key agreements throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or commercial experience within renewable energy, energy infrastructure, EPC, or industrial projects.
  • Strong vendor management, supplier sourcing, and contract negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex procurement packages.
  • Business-level English communication skills.
