What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the design and execution of overhead transmission line projects.
- Coordinate project efforts from planning through final delivery.
- Provide technical guidance to engineering and design teams.
- Partner with clients, internal stakeholders, and project leadership to ensure successful outcomes.
- Help manage schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and quality expectations.
- Contribute to proposal support, project planning, and client development initiatives.
- Mentor junior engineers and support cross-functional collaboration.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience focused on transmission line engineering and design.
- Strong working knowledge of PLS-CADD.
- Experience leading project teams and coordinating with multiple engineering disciplines.
- Ability to manage technical deliverables and support client-facing activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- PE license preferred.
