Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of data center and mission-critical projects across the region.
- Drive business development efforts, including client engagement, proposal leadership, and market positioning.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing team of architects and designers.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to leverage cross-border expertise and resources.
- Represent the firm in client meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
- Contribute to the long-term growth of the Sydney studio and the broader APAC critical facilities practice.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Registered Architect in Australia (NSW preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in architecture, with a strong portfolio in data centers, critical infrastructure, or industrial/technical facilities.
- Proven ability to win work, build client relationships, and lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP coordination, BIM/Revit, and data center design standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of the Sydney market and local planning regulations.
- A confident, client-facing presence-local cultural familiarity is highly desirable.
