Principal, Healthcare Practice Leader

Location: Northern Virginia / Washington, DC Area
Compensation: $180,000 - $220,000 base salary + potential bonus opportunities

A growing architecture and design firm is seeking an experienced Healthcare Principal to lead client relationships, drive business development efforts, and oversee the successful execution of complex healthcare projects. This individual will play a key role in expanding the firm's healthcare presence throughout the region while serving as a trusted advisor to healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead healthcare projects through planning, design, and construction phases.
Develop and maintain executive-level client relationships within the healthcare sector.
Drive business development activities, including proposals, presentations, and networking.
Mentor project teams and provide practice leadership across healthcare initiatives.
Support strategic growth objectives, project performance, and market expansion efforts.

Qualifications

Licensed Architect with an accredited degree in Architecture.
15+ years of architectural experience, including significant healthcare project expertise.
Proven success leading complex healthcare facilities projects and client engagements.
Strong business development, leadership, and project delivery skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities.
