What You'll Do
- Lead architectural projects from initial planning and design through construction administration.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and client communications.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to architects, designers, and project teams.
- Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic initiatives and long-term growth objectives.
- Champion quality assurance and quality control efforts across project work.
- Foster strong client relationships and identify opportunities for future business development.
- Help strengthen and expand the firm's presence within key market sectors.
- Contribute to the development of studio operations and future leadership initiatives.
Qualifications
- Licensed Architect with a minimum of six years of post-licensure experience.
- Eight or more years of architectural project management experience.
- Proven success leading projects through all phases of design and project delivery.
- Five or more years of team leadership, staff supervision, or mentoring experience.
- Strong technical understanding of building systems, construction documentation, and project coordination.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality and client service.
- Prior K-12 and/or higher education project experience is preferred.
