A leading environmental and sustainability consulting firm is seeking a Principal EHS Consultant to join its growing Singapore team. This is an opportunity to play a key leadership role within an established consultancy that supports clients across infrastructure, industrial, energy, manufacturing, and built environment sectors throughout Asia Pacific.
The successful candidate will provide technical leadership across EHS projects while helping to develop and mentor an emerging team of consultants. This position offers the opportunity to influence the future direction of the practice and contribute to the growth of a high-performing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex EHS advisory projects across APAC.
- Provide technical guidance on environmental, health and safety compliance, risk management, auditing and due diligence programmes.
- Develop trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach consultants, supporting their professional development and technical growth.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and strategic growth objectives.
- Support project oversight, quality assurance and commercial performance.
Requirements
- Significant consulting experience in EHS, environmental compliance, risk management or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated success delivering projects across industrial, infrastructure, manufacturing or energy sectors.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead teams, mentor professionals and develop talent.
- Degree-qualified in a relevant environmental, engineering, health & safety or scientific discipline.
