Project Executive
A growing general contractor with a strong mission critical pipeline across the Southeast is looking for a Project Executive to lead large-scale data center programs. This is a senior leadership role with full P&L ownership, direct client exposure, and a real say in how the business grows in the region.
What you'll be doing
- Overseeing multiple ground-up data center projects from preconstruction through turnover
- Owning project financials, including budgets, forecasting, change management, and margin
- Leading and mentoring project managers, superintendents, and project engineers
- Acting as the senior point of contact for owners, developers, and owner representatives
- Driving MEP coordination, commissioning strategy, and schedule delivery on complex builds
- Supporting business development, proposals, and client interviews to win repeat work
What we're looking for
- 12+ years in commercial construction, with time as a Project Executive or Senior Project Manager
- Data center or mission critical experience is strongly preferred
- A track record of delivering large, complex projects ($100M+)
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing P&L
- A solid understanding of heavy electrical and mechanical scopes
- Proven ability to build client relationships and lead high-performing teams
- Willing to cover projects across the Southeast
