Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing large-scale projects from initial planning through completion. This individual serves as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing schedules and resources, resolving challenges, and ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining safety, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects.
- Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary project teams.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues.
- Provide technical and management support to internal stakeholders.
- Lead project review and pre-construction meetings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
- Assist with departmental planning, goals, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate project schedules, manpower, and resources.
- Respond to project-related inquiries and facilitate communication between all parties.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Safety-focused mindset and ability to work within industrial and construction environments.

- Experience managing large industrial, manufacturing, mechanical, or construction projects.
