Position Overview
As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned projects-from initial planning and budgeting to final completion-ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and effective communication with clients, field crews, and stakeholders. PLS or LSIT certification is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from planning and budgeting through completion.
  • Collaborate with clients, field crews, and design teams to establish schedules and budgets.
  • Allocate resources and monitor progress to ensure adherence to timelines and specifications.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and project teams.
  • Oversee communication between field crews and responsible PLS to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project performance and provide reports to management.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of combined field and office experience in surveying or construction project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, surveying, or related field OR associate degree with 10+ years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of surveying or construction processes.
  • Proficiency in Carlson Survey or similar drafting software, CAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • PLS or LSIT certification preferred but not required.
