Job Description

Seeking a California Licensed Land Surveyor to provide project leadership, boundary analysis, map review, and final approval of survey deliverables. This is a fully remote position supporting an experienced team on a diverse portfolio of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage survey projects from initiation through completion
  • Perform complex boundary analysis and research
  • Prepare and review records of survey, parcel maps, and boundary exhibits
  • Stamp and sign survey deliverables
  • Review legal descriptions and mapping products for accuracy
  • Provide technical guidance and quality control oversight
  • Coordinate with project teams, clients, and public agencies as needed

Qualifications

  • Active California Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in good standing
  • Strong background in boundary analysis and map preparation
  • Experience reviewing and approving survey deliverables
  • Knowledge of California survey laws and recording requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation

  • $100,000 - $140,000 base salary, depending on experience and availability
