This position is ideal for a seasoned utility construction professional who has advanced through the field, leading crews, foremen, general foremen, and superintendents, and is now looking to take on a broader leadership role focused on mentorship, operational excellence, and project execution.

The Senior Construction Manager will be responsible for:
· Providing leadership and mentorship to field management teams
· Supporting superintendents and foremen across multiple projects
· Driving safety, quality, and productivity initiatives
· Assisting with workforce planning and resource allocation
· Supporting project planning, scheduling, and construction execution
· Building strong relationships with utility clients and key stakeholders
· Identifying opportunities to improve field performance and operational efficiency
The Senior Construction Manager should have the following qualifications:
· 10+ years of utility construction experience
· Strong background in electric distribution construction
· Experience managing crews, foremen, general foremen, and superintendents
· Strong leadership and team development skills
· Excellent communication and organizational abilities
· Valid driver's license
