As their project pipeline grows, they are seeking a Senior Maritime Engineer to join their established team and play a key role in technical delivery and client engagement.

The Role
As a Senior Maritime Engineer, you'll lead and deliver a range of marine and coastal engineering projects from concept through to detailed design and construction support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the design of maritime infrastructure including wharves, jetties, ports, marinas, and marine terminals
- Delivering coastal and marine infrastructure studies, assessments, and design packages
- Managing project delivery, budgets, and client relationships
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers
- Coordinating multidisciplinary project teams across civil, structural, geotechnical, and coastal disciplines
- Supporting tender submissions, proposals, and business development initiatives
- Engaging directly with port authorities, government agencies, defence clients, and private sector stakeholders
About You
- Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Proven experience in maritime, coastal, port, or marine infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of marine structures and waterfront engineering design
- Experience managing projects and client relationships within a consultancy environment
- Chartered status (or progress towards chartership) is highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
