An established ENR-ranked General Contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale healthcare project valued at over $200M in Spartanburg, SC. This is a career-defining opportunity to take ownership of a complex healthcare build from preconstruction through final turnover.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of project delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, cost control, and client management.
- Manage project teams, field leadership, subcontractors, and design partners to ensure successful execution.
- Oversee project financial performance, forecasting, change management, and risk mitigation.
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, healthcare stakeholders, and project partners.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and healthcare construction standards.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
- Proven healthcare construction experience, including hospitals, medical centers, or large healthcare campuses.
- Experience managing projects valued at $100M+.
- Strong understanding of healthcare construction challenges, including complex MEP systems, phased work, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
