Responsibilities
- Lead structural and multidisciplinary projects, ensuring high-quality delivery within agreed scope, schedule, and budget.
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients, design teams, and other project stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, scopes, and fee estimates while identifying opportunities for new and repeat business.
- Provide technical leadership, quality reviews, and mentorship to the wider engineering team.
- Support the team's growth strategy, market presence, and business development efforts.
- Represent the firm at client meetings and relevant industry events.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of structural engineering experience, including project and/or team leadership.
- Master's degree in Structural, Civil, or a related engineering discipline.
- PE and/or SE license.
- Strong track record of managing projects and client relationships.
- Confident communicator with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and work with senior stakeholders.
- Commercial mindset with an interest in business development and winning new work.
