The Role
This position focuses on service and small project work across commercial and light industrial facilities. You'll be handling a mix of maintenance, repairs, and minor installs, working directly with clients and acting as a key representative of the business on site.
It offers consistency, local work, and a good level of independence in how you manage your day.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carry out service, maintenance, and repair work on commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose faults and troubleshoot issues in the field
- Support small installs, retrofits, and system upgrades
- Interact directly with clients and build strong working relationships
- Manage service calls and schedules efficiently
- Complete job reports and document work carried out
What They're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Service Plumber in commercial or industrial settings
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Good communication skills when dealing with clients
- Clean driving record
- Texas plumbing license preferred, Journeyman or above is a plus
