About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Site Development & Infrastructure to support the planning and development of large-scale technology infrastructure projects. This role focuses on evaluating potential sites, assessing technical feasibility, and helping shape early-stage development strategies.

Working closely with engineering, real estate, commercial, and project teams, you will play a key role in identifying viable project opportunities, managing development risks, and ensuring projects are positioned for successful delivery.

The role offers exposure to regional projects and collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Site Evaluation & Feasibility

Assess potential project sites through technical reviews, site visits, and feasibility studies.
Evaluate land suitability, infrastructure availability, accessibility, and development constraints.
Review technical studies related to utilities, environmental conditions, geotechnical factors, and infrastructure.
Identify project risks and provide recommendations to support site selection decisions.

Concept Planning & Engineering

Develop preliminary site layouts and high-level infrastructure concepts.
Define initial technical requirements, capacity planning, and future growth considerations.
Support the creation of practical and efficient development solutions.
Ensure proposed designs allow for scalability and long-term operational needs.

Utilities & Infrastructure Assessment

Engage with utility providers and relevant stakeholders to assess infrastructure capacity and availability.
Evaluate power, water, cooling, and other critical services needed to support development.
Review infrastructure timelines, risks, and cost considerations.
Support sustainable and resilient infrastructure planning.

Development Planning

Prepare early-stage development plans, schedules, and budget estimates.
Identify technical and delivery risks and recommend mitigation measures.
Provide support during the transition from planning into design and construction phases.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Experience leading site assessments, feasibility studies, and early-stage project development activities.
Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure, industrial, mission-critical, or technology-related projects.
Strong understanding of power, utilities, mechanical systems, and infrastructure development principles.
Ability to evaluate project risks, development constraints, and technical feasibility.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
Strong analytical, communication, and project coordination skills.
Exposure to multi-country or regional project environments is advantageous.
