Structural Engineer - Advanced Technology Facilities
We are seeking a Structural Engineer to support the design and delivery of advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, industrial, and commercial facilities. This position will work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop structural solutions for technically complex projects from concept through construction.
The ideal candidate enjoys solving challenging engineering problems, collaborating across disciplines, and contributing to large-scale projects in fast-paced project environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis, calculations, and design for steel, concrete, masonry, and specialty support structures
- Develop design solutions for semiconductor, manufacturing, industrial, and commercial facilities
- Prepare structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Create and coordinate structural models using Revit and AutoCAD
- Evaluate existing structures and develop solutions for modifications, upgrades, and equipment support
- Coordinate with architectural, mechanical, electrical, process, and construction teams
- Participate in site visits, field investigations, and construction support activities
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, project requirements, and quality standards
- Support projects through planning, design, construction, and project closeout
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
- 3+ years of structural engineering experience
- Experience designing steel and concrete structural systems
- Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of structural analysis principles and building codes
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Experience with industrial, manufacturing, semiconductor, data center, or large commercial projects preferred
- PE License or candidates actively working toward licensure preferred
