Structural Engineer
A leading structural engineering firm is seeking a Structural Engineer to lead complex projects and mentor a growing team. This position is ideal for an experienced professional passionate about technical excellence and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead structural design for large-scale commercial, industrial, and specialty projects.
- Oversee project delivery from concept through construction, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
- Review and approve calculations, drawings, and specifications.
- Engage in client meetings, presentations, and business development efforts.
- Drive innovation by implementing advanced design tools and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master's preferred.
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license; SE license a plus.
- Minimum 4 years of industry experience years of experience in structural engineering, project leadership experience preferable.
- Expertise in structural analysis software (RISA, RAM, ETABS) and BIM tools (Revit).
- Strong knowledge of building codes, seismic design, and advanced structural systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively.
