What You'll Do
- Manage roadway design projects from proposal through final delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project teams
- Lead roadway design efforts for TDOT, municipal, and transportation improvement projects
- Oversee schedules, budgets, staffing, and quality control
- Mentor junior engineers and support team development
- Assist with business development and client relationship management
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- PE license required
- 6+ years of roadway design and transportation engineering experience
- Experience managing projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Working knowledge of TDOT standards and project delivery processes
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
