What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare Traffic Impact Studies and Parking Studies
- Conduct Intersection Capacity and Operational Analyses
- Design Traffic Signal Plans and Roadway Improvement Plans
- Develop Traffic Signal Timing Directives
- Prepare Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) and Traffic Control Plans
- Coordinate permitting and project submissions
- Work directly with municipalities, agencies, and clients
- Utilize tools such as Synchro, VISSIM, and other traffic analysis software
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to project management efforts
- Participate in business development and client relationship management activities

Who They're Looking For
- 4+ years of traffic engineering experience
- Experience with traffic studies, traffic operations, signal design, or roadway projects
- Familiarity with Synchro, VISSIM, HCS, or similar traffic engineering software
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Interest in mentoring, leadership, and practice growth
- PE license required for senior-level and team lead candidates
