Water Resources Engineer

The firm is currently hiring Associate-level engineers to join its team across multiple offices in Northern California. Ideal candidates will meet the basic qualifications and bring a mix of technical expertise and collaborative spirit.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Familiarity with modeling tools such as HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SWMM, InfoWorks ICM, Flo2D, WaterCAD, and similar software
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D, GIS platforms, and standard office tools
- Exposure to project coordination and client engagement
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to water resource projects
